At Infinity Hoop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness journey; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Infinity Hoop and all additional links or accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
